When loved ones need professional care that only a skilled facility can provide, Fair Haven is here to meet that need.
Licensed nurses are available 24 hours/day providing direct resident care. The nursing department is under the leadership of an RN, Director of Nursing. All physicians are under the direction of our Medical Director. A resident may select his/her own physician and is financially responsible.
Also available are Dental, Podiatric and Optometric services.
Fair Haven’s scenic location has been The County Home for Shelby County since 1869. In 1969 the current building was constructed. Many changes and improvements have been made since. Our mission is to provide quality care and services based on the needs of the community.
Our employees provide outstanding care to our long-term residents, and short-stay patients who are here to receive physical, occupational, or speech therapy services.
